If green people with orange polka dots were the most likely to defy police, and even to feign having a gun in a shooting stance, then green people with polka dots would lead in being subjects of police shootings. It's the subject's behavior,, not his/her color or race that precipitates 98% of police shootings. That's why retraining or prosecuting police will never solve this problem.
