FBI director James Comey confirmed Wednesday that the FBI has received referrals to investigate Hillary Clinton for allegedly lying under oath to Trey Gowdy’s Select Committee on Benghazi. Comey made the admission at a U.S. House hearing, where he was grilled over his decision to not recommend indictment for Clinton in the private email server case. Breitbart News has reported on Comey’s financial links to the Clinton Foundation.

Follow that up a week later with the same thing for HRC, Huma, and/or Cheryl if you have proof any of those also lied to congress or destroyed evidence after it was subpoenaed by congress.

Stupid Comey will probably give Benghazi Clinton immunity and claim the DOJ made him do it.
When he is finally cornered, he will blame the investigators under him. “They” botched the investigation.
If Clinton wins, it is swept under the rug and fogotten. If Trump wins, he likely decides it's not worth the distraction to pursue it while trying to implement his agenda and it is also swept under the rug.
They are rotten to the core, corrupt liars that will break any law and they will never see even the tiniest slap on the wrist for it. Lefties talk about the 1% that is rich, it's the 1% elites that can spit on the law and walk free that I worry about.

Well I hope so too because this bit about government officials using their position to commit crimes or punish political opponents needs to stop and the only way will be to actually put some of them behind bars. Instead they get to retire with full pensions and live lives of prosperity after getting caught, which only encourages others to do likewise.

Are there any complaints against Comey that Congress has lodged with the FBI...Obstruction of Justice, illegalities regarding financial conflict of interests, Contempt of Congress,....?
