How about this scenario...
The man had epilepsy meaning he had to have nearly constant care at home...
his family didn’t want to be bothered nursing him but he wasn’t going to get better or die very soon...
They are black and they like the BLM ideas..
Either the family or a local BLM leader came up with the idea for a propaganda ploy to further the interests of the BLM and a big payday...
He at last was a sympathetic figure even Trump would have to agree he was innocent and his death was a tragedy...
would this family deliberately set up one of their own ??? who knows, it could have happened this way...
The sister goes for the idea because it rids the family of a burden..
If he died from his disease there would be no money...probably don’t have insurance from before he was ill...
The family will get a huge amount of money suing the city, the PD, and whomever their attys can think of...
As his sorrowful sister she gets to do a Trayvon Martin Mommy Act, with lots of new pretty clothes and plane trips around the country...
She gets to be famous and have her many lots of 15 minutes on TV...
She gets to stay in nice hotels and mix with other “famous” BLM types...
Michelle Obama will speak sympathetically about her...
Hillary will have her on stage at a rally...
She has a lot of new friends and people look up to her as a heroine...
Her miserable life is a thing of the past...

And so maybe they don’t give the man his medicine and he has a epileptic fit...and she calls the police...
When they arrived at the house it sounds like he was in the midst of a fit but were the police told that ???
Or were they in the dark and thought he was high on drugs ???
Poor man this fellow was not a criminal apparently ...in this case it was his family and they just might have murdered him...
