A grand jury on Thursday accused former state Senate candidate Carlos Villanueva of illegally applying for absentee ballots in the names of three dead people in 2014.
In an interview, Villanueva said he didnt break the law and will plead not guilty.
He was simply testing the election system, he said, to make sure safeguards were in place to prevent people from voting under the names of dead people. Election officials should have flagged the requests and refused to mail the ballots, he said.
I would never do anything criminal, Villanueva said. That is not me.

Dang it - beat me by 10 minutes. I was...uh...just testing to see how fast you are. Yeah, that’s the ticket...
Democrats are LAW-LESS because Republicans are BALL-LESS!!!
Disenfranchising citizen votes is sport for liberal parasites.
And illegals are just testing the border system to make sure it’s working, too.
Liberals will believe every word of it.
It’s not just the dead, either. Even more troubling are the studies that show 15-25% of alien residents (legal and illegal) vote in our elections. It was recently confirmed that the Islamic terrorist mall shooter in Washington State, Arcan Cetin, is a registered voter and voted in the last 3 elections. Cetin is a citizen of Turkey and a legal permanent resident - not a U.S. citizen. So...in addition to dead people voting, we can add to the list: legal and illegal aliens, felons, and Islamic terrorist mass murderers.

Here in New Mexico, it’s suspected that one common way for voter fraud is through the use of both early and absentee ballots. It’s easy because unless someone is actively checking, the fraud goes ‘unnoticed’.
I’m hoping that Villanueva will have an opportunity to test the prison system firsthand.
Better to have him test gravity and a rope.
They wont allow the dead to be purged from the rolls... just damn.”””
The ANNUAL purging of dead/moved/felons from the voter rolls needs to be a FEDERAL law-—& I am hoping President Trump & the next Congress will pass such legislation.
I have a friend who has lived in Alb..for over 40 years. She says the place is so crime ridden & corrupt anymore, she just wants to bolt from there.
