I’d argue his failings as a human being are not the issue. We all suffer the same issue to varying degrees. Rather, I’d question his motives. WHAT policy, process, political influence, etc. leads us to not stop terrorist? To not prosecute a Clinton? To not do his damn job.

His failings are patently obvious.

The inability to stand-up to his boss.
Even when his boss was engaged in clearly unethical and immoral behavior.
