Yes...I also do digitize things, altho not to the extent you have (mine are not connected to my smart phone yet). Just on a jump drive.
I upload the pdfs of the real important stuff to my Kindle account. Not the stuff that could be used to steal an Identity—but the stuff that would allow me to deal with a hospital.
It sounds like a ton of work. Its not. I takes me about fifteen minutes every saturday morning.
