Interesting that Nate Silver adjusts the USC poll +4 for Hillary so it becomes a tie.
The numbers of people who changed their minds must by nature underreported. People are not always aware of what convinced them to have a particular opinion or when they had really formed it.
Silver is a Dem shill and is usually wrong, and should be completely ignored.
That is the most amazing thing about this debate and the polls. Trump can do a lot better if he will prepare but she can not do better and still lost voters. Are pissed about the direction dems have taken American and they do not like or trust her.
It also shows how much power the MSM has lost.
I have never seen an election like this one.

The funny thing is that Trump's reactions were not much better with the scowls but he was doing it every time she lied. Nobody wants to see a woman act that way but they expect it of Trump after watching him for years on tv.

I think it took A LOT, a lot of coaching, prodding and convincing that this was the route to take. I also think it took A LOT for Trump to not go nuclear on her.
She just poked and prodded at all his sensitive spots. No one has probably talked like that to Trump since, I dunno, Marla Maples. He had to sit and take it.
In that regard, he did excellent. He did seem pretty well prepared--he had numbers and facts but they got jumbled in the rabbit holes he kept letting her pull him into.
But, do you remember some of your earlier arguments with liberals? They'd pull out the faces, the personal attacks, the calling you dumb and you'd get SO pissed and pulled into an emotional reaction, forgetting all your facts, etc. Now imagine your are a billionaire with an equally big ego and very used to everyone kissing your butt all the time.
He'll do differently next time. One thing we know about Trump, he aint dumb.

Yet almost all polls indicate that Trump was the winner.
then again, we know that the media types in the New York/Washington axis are liberal. And their liberalism prompts them to push Hillary, and declare how well she did in that debate.

Guys if this poll is remotely true, Hillary is toast. She will never do better and Trump will only get better in these debates.

People *can* tell the difference between a warm, sincere, compassionate smile, and a smile that conveys disdain, mockery, and arrogance.
Nate is definitely a liberal but his models are good though he tends to adjust them right before the election to give a correct picture. At this point he can stand to be wrong but not too far off as he depends on revenue from the betting folk.
