They already are... she didn't “fail” to take the security training, she REFUSED to take the security training. In order to do conduct all of the evil POS’ side deals and correspondence, she knew she would have to violate security protocols. By refusing to take the training, she could then claim she was "unaware" of the security breaches she intended to breach, in case her under-handed dealings were ever discovered. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for the peasants, but when you're a vile, evil POS demonic party member, knowingly violating and claiming ignorance is acceptable.

Exactly, ignorance of the law does not protect anyone in a country of laws, not tyrants. Hillary and her employer Obama are behaving like they never learned what distinguishes a Constitutional Republic from tyranny. But both went to law school and studied the laws. One must conclude they have no interest in justice, in freedom, in saving this Republic.
