Shimon Peres was the worldwide left's favorite Israeli politician. So no surprise that Zero would attend his funeral.

Yeah, not my favorite guy in Israel, not by a long shot. I wish his family comfort, but I won’t lionize his attempts to give up land for empty promises to the worst savages on the planet.

Shimon Peres was a legend in his own mind and he contributed greatly to the State of Israel from 1948-93. In 1993 he resuscitated a dead and exiled PLO from Tunisia and inserted their Trojan Horse INSIDE Israel, calling it peace. From 1993-2003 at least 1,000 Jews were murdered and at least 4,500 maimed in the name of Peres’ Oslo Peace Accords. If he had any moral conscious then, he would have resigned in disgrace and apologized to the Jewish people for inserting Yassir Arafart into Israel and the resultant terror waves.
He never stepped down, never apologized and never admitted any guilt. Our only consolation is that he lost out in his bid to be Israel's President to a convicted rapist, then President, Moshe Katzav...
