Do you mean “Keel Haul”? It was an old style of punishment for Sailors at sea, and it was not fun at all. My Chief Petty Officer used to threaten the Seamen with it when they acted up or slept through night shifts.

Bitch, when you raised your right hand, you swore to defend and uphold the Constitution of The United States of America, the same as millions of us did, without reservation or expectation.
