They think Frank Luntz's group of 18 out of 20 thinking Clinton won is more accurate lol

MSM upset the people aren’t behaving the way they want.

Rubio was paying Luntz big bucks during the primaries to have his “focus groups” say Rubio won every debate. I wonder how much Frank is getting from the Clinton campaign.

Actually, greater number of polls = more scientific.

That is, when you average the polls.

They could be right, online polls that let anyone vote are subject to freeping, and I freeped all that I could. One thing it does tell us, is that enthusiasm from trump supporters if huge.

Really not worthless.

But defining "won" in this context is not so simple.

As a technical analyst, I would have preferred direct substantive confrontation from Trump--I thought he blustered.

On the other hand, the real relevant issue is who would have changed their position as a result of what they saw last night. Looks to me as though on that score, Trump really won, no matter what the debate judge might have thought.

They said Gore cleaned Bush’s clock in their debates, and maybe he did, if you’re scoring points, just like everyone saying Rubio won most of the primary debates on substance.

But in the end, it’s who won the vote.

There’s no question, the debate last night will bring newcomers to the Trump side, and not the Clinton, in fact I look for poll numbers to tumble for her like a rock in a lagoon.

Online polls reveal that there is no enthusiasm for Hillary.

Luntz’s Dunces didn’t show Trump winning any primary debate.

Yeah... I know. “Not scientific” etc. All good except for one thing.

There was a time Clinton would have had an organized army of people standing by the “freep” those polls. They wouldn’t have needed to be organized, they all know what they are needed to do.

And last night, they didn’t care enough to do it.

If the MSM can’t manipulate the results, it’ll trash them all. The NYT leading the list of crooked media.

I expect her numbers to stabilize and likely rise a bit in the coming week. She pandered to her base, and that usually works in a limited way. But I also expect Trump's numbers to rise a bit more than hers as the undecideds or previously tagged 3rd party voters settle on the two main candidates.

Exactly. It isn’t scientific and statistical, but it WAS a contest, and their side didn’t even go through the motions.
Their enthusiasm is low.

As was said by the Dilbert guy the other day. We are planning the worlds biggest party, they are planning a funeral.

Luntz had Trump losing the primary with his first primary groups.

They have a point about online polls being skewed to those who frequent the websites hosting them, and by online efforts to skew them.

But there are so many websites from all over the web that said Trump won, that I have to think it indicates he won with respect to people who are active online at the least.

The MSM is a smaller sampling than the online community, and they are likely more left biased than the online community is right biased...so I think even though the online polls may be a skewed, I don't think one can argue they are as skewed as the MSM's assessments.

As far at the focus group. I can't really say, because I don't know how they selected the 20 people.

The only way Hillary can be said to have won this debate is if you are in favor of higher taxes, wealth confiscation, bigger government, corrupt government, bigger spending, bigger debt, more regulations, more central government control, bankrupting our energy producers, higher unemployment, rotten economy, rotten education, packing our courts with liberal activist judges, globalism, pushing the global warming hoax, open borders, amnesty, keeping blacks and minorities on the government plantation, continued destruction of the military and our Judeo_Christian society, and if you generally hate God, capitalism and our free country.

As the number of polls from different independent sources increases, randomization of the sample increases and the results are a more accurate reflection of reality.
