Ive just watched the debate for the first time (Missed as was on a flight back from Vegas to the UK). I think it gave me fresh eyes.
I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone could think any differently to the fact Trump won this convincingly.
And while a Trump supporter, I have never been a water carrier. I felt this was his best performance since the process started and his grip of the facts was excellent.
She was steady and same old same old. Just another varnished politician.
We can all say he should have gone after this or that but people should chill. His combative approach is the best he could do, if he stood there like a schmuck like Romney she would have been able to hit him harder.
I didn’t actually think the moderator did too bad of a job although the stats about followups etc would tend to caution that.
He rattled her, and he should deploy the same tactics going forward. I thought it was a strong victory.
