Poll’s prognosis: Haggard health dogging Hillary Clinton
The Boston Herald ^ | 09-27-16 | Tom Shattuck

The debate audience last night was instructed to remain silent, but American voters have grown louder and louder in recent weeks, and what once was a clamor is now a roar.

Hillary Clinton, show us your medical records.

Yesterday’s Franklin Pierce University/Boston Herald poll paints an ugly prognosis for the Democratic nominee, that shows voters have real concerns about her health. Asked if Clinton should be required to release more of her medical records to the public, 57 percent think that she should release all of them. Making things worse is that 65 percent of independents also want to see the real state of Mrs. Clinton’s health.

The haggard appearance of her husband does not help things, though, by all accounts he had no trouble bounding up the stairs of Loretta Lynch’s jet to talk about “grandkids” just before she decided not to indict his wife in July.

Clinton will have to come clean with the country. There is a grueling campaign to embark on for the remaining weeks and Chelsea’s apartment can’t be everywhere.

Don’t worry about it.

The Witch Of Chappaqua is too full of it to do what the Little People demand.

As far as she is concerned, she is doing them a favor by running for President.

Screw them.

Hillary still has to get through two more debates without passing out or coughing and now she will have her guard down since her media buddies are telling she won the debate and that its over for Trump.

I think Hillary used every bullet in her gun against Trump last night. Trump still has a bunch of points he hasn’t even scratched the surface.

Does anyone really think clinton can’t produce a file starting with conception that shows her in perfect health until her bout with pneumonia which is now ancient history? Does anyone think she could not have a surrogate hand it to a news man covering her next collapse?

” There is a grueling campaign to embark on for the remaining weeks and Chelsea’s apartment can’t be everywhere. “

They only need a place for Hillary to lay down so they can attach an IV. This rehydrates her and she is good to go until the next time. She isn’t swallowing enough water.

She has aspirational pneumonia. That means her neurological problem is preventing the intricate ballet of muscle movements that closes off the esophagus when she swallows. Tiny amounts of saliva and food get routed into her lungs giving her bacteriological pneumonia. People with an issue this bad usually die within a year either from the pneumonia or choking.

Regardless of whether she wins or loses, we only have to put up with her for another year or so.

I think that Trump should cough every time she lies.

We just need the records from the time of her first fall on to today’s with a complete neurological exam.

My Neurologist makes me do a heck of a lot more than just squeeze fingers and all I have is nerve damage in neck/arm and Peripheral Neuropathy of the legs. Even my Cardio does some of the same testing.

It would take more than a single IV Push to give you back some bounce. Senior Dehydration is real rough and draining on energy levels. For that to happen some sort of stimulant would be needed like a Bennie. And Valium is NOT a stimulant. Depending on dose it will make you more fatigued or very sleepy and blur out your vision.

I’ve had several bouts of severe dehydration, and it takes 2 days to ‘recover’ with additional fluid intake like Gator Aid. You have to rest and drink extra fluids and go to the bathroom a lot. And the Beast is just 1 yr older with reduced blood flow from blood clots.

I see she was in a long sleeved pant suit, to cover up her Cumodin bruises. Not to mention the crepe flabby arms and skin of a woman that inactive and age.

“People with an issue this bad usually die within a year either from the pneumonia or choking.”

It depends...If liquids are changed to nectar or honey thick the problems are mitigated for a time. The esophagus in such nerve disease often lose their facility to handle thin liquids(saliva may become a problem as illness progresses) but thick liquids and solids they can continue to handle well into the disease state. Thin liquids mixed with food particles are a huge problem and is the biggest culprit behind aspiration pneumonia. Thickend liquids with food...not so much, at least in early stages. Also if the issue was caused by an old stroke, the condition may stabilize and improve over time or at least not get worse. Sticking to a dysphagia diet with thickened liquids, such afflicted persons do well over a long time.

Persons with progressive nervous system disease will have worsening swallowing issues until they are trached with a gastric feeding tube placed. Some may be okay without the trach but they’ll receive the bulk of their feeding via a tube for the rest of their lives.

If untreated or managed, yes folks with progressive dysphagia may pass away much sooner versus those whose swallowing and air way issues have been well managed. Such well managed persons may live out a normal life span!

From the Boston Herald—not exactly a conservative news outlet.

“Not to mention the crepe flabby arms and skin of a woman that inactive and age.”

I have looked at her arms closely and compared the lack of creping with the size of her waist and thighs and concluded she has had plastic surgery. Her arms are not in keeping with her age and obvious body fat content. I read she had her face done a year ago in several small steps so she could make sure she wouldn’t look like some of those over-stretched plastic surgery people you see on the front page of the “Enquirer.”

I don’t really care what people do to look better, but she has always presented a “false front” to the public. Outside she was this chatty woman but inside she was a frustrated Trotsky trying to let out her inner executioner.

There are some good Conservatives at the herald...Howie Carr, Holly Robichaud. A whole different paper from The Boston Glob.

-- I think Hillary used every bullet in her gun against Trump last night. Trump still has a bunch of points he hasn't even scratched the surface. --

First time she ever faced a buzzsaw, and it showed. She tried to laugh it all off as absurd, but that didn't work, it wasn't all absurd. She looked tired too.

And you are right on the money. Trump has more material. He'll also do better with each passing debate as he internalizes that type of event, with this particular opponent.

I was very surprised last night. I never expected her to even show up but she did. She looked refreshed and strong and didn’t cough. I was hoping she would keel over. Maybe next time.

I believe she has serious health issues, but I must concede that she looked fine last night, and went the entire time without any noticeable problems. If a "civilian" hadn't gotten that video of her collapse at the 9/11 ceremony, no one would have ever heard about it. Her handlers will be very careful from this point forward to limit the chances of her being caught on video like that again. We cannot rely on Hillary's health being the deciding factor in this race. They will declare that Hillary's pneumonia is behind her now, that she's perfectly healthy, and the low information voters will buy it. Donald Trump needs to be better prepared for the remaining debates. He did okay last night, but missed a number of opportunities to put Hillary away, and instead, played a lot of defense. He needs to do mock debates with someone who will pull no punches. At that level, you cannot afford to go in there and wing it.
