An Orlando federal judge today sentenced a Chinese woman to nearly two years in prison for illegally shipping submarine parts to a Chinese university, including some that she tucked inside her suitcase.

Check out the newspaper story. She got 21 months in prison for $2.6 million in illegal transactions. Soft on crime.
In China, selling the other way, that would have been a death penalty. They regard us as fools, rightfully so.
Yet, fail to report to the PENNY the taxes one ‘owes’ in the Democratic Socialist of States and they’ll go after you like a pack of pit-pulls
There was a day & time when this scum would swing from a rope for much less.
This nation encourages evil with soft enforcement of it’s existing laws. The future doesn’t bode well.

I know this is out of character for Free Republic, but I actually read the article.
Everything she bought and sent was available to Americans without restriction.
She was prosecuted for not disclosing that she was working for the Chinese government, and for lying on shipping manifests.
She was convicted for exporting goods to a foreign country without registering as a foreign agent and conspiring to commit international money laundering.
I KNEW there was more to the story and was HOPING someone would read the article!

So why don’t they throw the Bill Clinton and Al Gore into prison, they gave China W-80 nuclear bomb technology.
