Sounds like the higher ups acted reasonably in this case. They got the facts, sent a plumber to fix the problem and they will make sure the suspension is taken off her record.

Yeah, the school did fix things, but the suspension was an overreaction in my book. They could have used common sense instead.

Resonably would also include removing the idiots who suspended the kid. Those people were trying to cover up a health hazard instead of dealing with it.
