Justice Robert Jackson, a judge at the Nuremberg trials, said: It is not the function of the government to stop the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the government from falling into error.
We the people have got to take our country back! One way we can do this is to elect people who will do what they say they will do.
Laura Ingraham wrote in an article, When Barack Obama said he would get tough with China and renegotiate NAFTA, he was placed into the White House where he swiftly abandoned those promises and began negotiating even more sovereignty-killing trade deals.
As a matter of fact, Daniel D. Alman from Squirrel Hill has a list of 1,249 well-sourced examples of Obamas lying, lawbreaking, corruption, cronyism, hypocrisy, waste, etc., and the list is still growing.
If a presidential candidate lies about the things we voted for him or her to fulfill, then we should be able to impeach that person. Politicians are known for lying, but we cannot afford the leader of our country to mislead us. So, We the People should force Congress to initiate a law stating when candidates running for president promise the American people, These are the things Im going to implement as soon as Im in office, if they dont, they are a candidate for impeachment. If they dont fulfill their promises, then we should enforce impeachment proceedings. That is the one way we can keep them honest and accountable.

New York is the City That Never Sleeps....unless Chuck Norris tells it to.
as I have posted it here before; any US politician who lies during their campaign in order to get elected and then betrays their own words, their oath of office and the people of this country, they should be prosecuted for felonious fraud against the people and the country. A 5 year prison sentence shall be the punishment and they will not be eligible pardon or a diminished sentence. If a president or governor attempts to pardon a political fraudster, the president/governor shall be charged and the sentence will be equal to that of the convicted political fraudster.

While Mr. Norriss heart is in the right place, he may not be aware of the federal governments constitutionally limited powers.
More specifically, consider that one of the very few powers that the states have actually constitutionally delegated to the feds to regulate an aspect of domestic policy is to manage the US Mali Service (1.8.7).
In other words, for all other government services, Mr. Norris needs to get up to speed with the reality that the Founding States had made the 10th Amendment to clarify that citizens need to work nearly all of their government services through their state governments, not the feds.
In fact, contrary the idea of federal government gridlock, it can be argued that the Founding Founding states had intended for the federal government to be gridlocked by design.
The problem with the states providing social spending programs is this. The corrupt feds keep stealing 10th Amendment-protected state powers, and uniquely associated state revenues, by means of unconstitutional tax appropriations bills, bills which Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
So unconstitutional federal taxes are forcing citizens to rely on the corrupt, post-17th Amendment Washington cartel for social spending services instead of their states as the founders had intended.
In fact a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that Congress is prohibited from appropriating taxes in the name of state power issues.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
So citizens, and hopefully Trump, need to work with state lawmakers to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes, again, such taxes arguably stolen state revenues.
I would think that Congress would have to deal with it, not the courts. For what that’s worth. Sooner or later the people will have to get off of the sidelines and fix this mess in DC. I am certain that the ruling elite DC establishment will not allow a Trump presidency because it would mean prison for many of them.
Yea, those ones have always stuck with me. Funny stuff.
