On debate day, Wall Street wakes up to possibility of a Trump win (Really!?)
CNBC ^ | 9/26/2016 | Jeff Cox

The forecasts for a Trump win, though, aren't as extreme as might be expected.

In fact, several strategists believe a Trump presidency might not bring about radical change, despite the New York businessman's pledge to revamp long-established trade deals, slash taxes for businesses and individuals and demolish the government-run health-care program.

That's primarily because even in the scenario where the Republican prevails, the greater likelihood is that he'll have to deal with a divided Congress where it's difficult to push through major initiatives. Morgan Stanley analysts call this scenario "policy incrementalism" and believe that it's the most likely outcome regardless of who wins the presidency.

All of the sudden, all over the media there is talk of a Trump win. Imagine that! This is like the primaries all over again. Trump had no chance whatsoever and when he was 90% of the way through the brilliant media analysis was asking what if Trump wins?

And now we are almost 90% of the way through to the presidency and the unimaginable is happening in the pea brained media. What if Trump wins the presidency?

My advice to the media and those too frightened to imagine a Trump win is to get used to saying and hearing President-elect Trump. Get over it. This election is over.

From here on out it’s all about whether this is a mere blowout or whether Trump can get to landslide status by winning IL, NY, or CA.

I wont lie. I haven’t been this stunned since Holeyfield beat Tysen.

I’m past EUPHORIC but wasn’t too thrilled about this many time the past 18 months.

I’m man enough to admit I panicked and worried and feared a disaster.

I’m THRILLED I was wrong and I’m SO glad that Rudy has a place with Trump. He is a great American, like Trump, and I’m glad they’re pals helping each other out.

They delude themselves again. The corrupt elitists don't want change, but it certainly coming their way.

HilLIARy is such an awful candidate.....many D’s are VERY unhappy she bought the nomination (including with all those superdelegates.. what a crooked outfit the D party machine is~~~~~~!!!!!!!)

and Trump is (as many FR’s have complained) quite the liberal in many ways, too (just being honest)

so...
many D’s are thinking why not vote for Trump? they mostly realize the smears against him are pretty fake (and rotten)
and they HATE HilLIARy

Finally some common sense. You are exactly right. Trump is going for the monster landslide win now. He is going to carpet bomb Hillary and eviscerate her mercilessly. This election is over. What we do not know is by how much of a margin. Trump is now going for the crushing victory.

Where I live, N.Georgia, there seem to be a good bit
of commercial development going on, malls, shopping
centers, etc. The developers wouldn’t be gamboling
this on a Clinton win which would give us four more
years of the Obama stagnant economy...

I expect to MSM meme to shift to “even though Trump will win he will not have enough of a victory to have a mandate to implement his policies.”

What the ####?

Because he got like an animal and got arrogant and dropped Rooney as the trainer and took on people named “Crocodile” as his rep, and down he went.

Douglas was after prison or before? Before, right?

Douglas got clocked in next fight.

I REALLY thought it was a fluke and he would ROCK Evander. I was wrong :)

I was at a craft show this weekend and this vendor was telling the customer next to me, "I don't know who to vote for. They're both clowns." He looks at me to wait on me and I tell him, "After eight years of an Obama Presidency, I can't afford to buy anything."

I'm not going to give these people a pass anymore, these people who try to straddle the fence and not commit by knocking both candidates. The country's situation is desperate.

I read the weekend edition of the London Financial Times on a return flight from Europe yesterday. It’s obvious they are freaked out at the possibility of a Trump win, based on comments in at least a few, if not several, articles.

Of course, given that our media is freaking out, it shouldn’t be surprising that Euro globalist financial media types are freaking out.

Exactly. The media is already talking about a potential Trump win. In a couple of weeks it will be selling the idea that he has no mandate. The $140 million in advertising spending tells me they are going after a blow out Trump mandate.

The tag team of Nigel Farage and president-elect Donald Trump is a great combo.
