I still don’t understand why Chicago is not on the ten most dangerous cities list. Makes me want to stay away from at least 11 cities!!!

Michigan and Monroe is in the heart of downtown Chicago; a few more of these types of incidents and the Second City will start losing tourists and people from the burbs who come downtown to shop, attend the theater and go to dinner.
