I expected that. Cruz’s endorsement for Trump was really solid and I did not think that Ted would reverse himself. The NeverTrump movement are an odd lot.

Beck talks about consciense and principles but of all the talk shows i listen to he personally endorses the most sleazy products of all of them combined. Rush only shills for actual products or stuff like tea that is gonna set you back a few bucks, glenn endorses crap that can practically ruin people.

I expect when Cruz loses the Texas Primary in 2018 he will show up as a guest host on the Beck clown show.

I definitely did not miss the primary. But admittedly I did take a breather from FreeRepublic for a period. As I said, I stopped paying attention to Beck some time ago. Never caught Beck’s claim that Cruz was a fulfillment of Mormon prophecy!

Cruz was hated by the GOP establishment primarily because of his standing up to them. Beck, although admittedly kooky at times, has done more (via his FoxNews show) to expose the commie left and their various fronts and associates in the demonRat party than just about anyone on Earth. A lot of his kookiness is done with the purpose of being entertaining--to keep folks with short attention spans interested long enough to listen and learn something. And there are a LOT of such folks out there, who would never in a million years sit there watching as he went into great detail on the workings of the commie left.
In fact, it has always been to their advantage that their activities are too complex and involved for most people to even begin to want to follow and understand. Beck, with his graphs, diagrams, videos, and classroom-like approach, made it all much more accessible.
I believe that beck has his eye on a different political group. he is doing the biding of the council president for the Mormon church in the hopes of becoming a member of the quark that makes decisions for the church. Beck is a complete out sider because he is a convert to the religion and generally ton get into this group you need the right genetic pedigree of being related to joseph smith or Brigham Young. the council made the decision long ago to support the neocons with in the republican party. Romney ,Bush ,McCain all from the never trump group of the party and because of this we get from Glen Beck his inability to see that if Hillary gets in the conservative movement is dead politically as far as moving legislation for the next 20 years.
