The Brennan Center for Justice admits the ongoing spike in murders in the nation’s major cities when it released its September report on crime.
“Nationally, the murder rate is projected to increase 31.5 percent from 2014 to 2016 — with half of additional murders attributable to Baltimore, Chicago, and Houston,” the group said in its summary of its new report, “Crime in 2016: A Preliminary Analysis.”
That adds up to additional 496 real and projected dead Americans from 2015 to 2016, in 22 cities.

If Obama has his way, America will return to 1970s and 1980s levels of violent crime.
I’m sure these cities have something in common but I just can’t put my finger on it.

I drive to Louisville every day to my office. I’ve had a couple of years to get a feel for the culture here as it changes from block to block. It’s why I now carry in my car.
Michael medved asked the question on the radio what the goal of blm is? He did not know. I was stunned because al sharton has already stated tne goal and any one who has followed the left know the goal. The goal is the dismantling of locally controlled police agencies and to substitute them with fedaral law enforcement at the local level. How can medved not know that?

It would appear the actual goals are to exempt blacks from laws while supporting them as wards of the state with no expectations at all; the left has given up on assimilation/integration as even lowering the bar to the expectations of wild animals has failed.

Chicago, the town Obama helped “organize”, not coincidentally leads the way in murders. 47.1% increase. I would think that would be something to be concerned about, but I would be wrong. Black lives really don’t matter in Chicago.
The Goal of BLM?
Obviously to generate revenue for its leaders.
The “guilt” of the past is wearing off, and the revenue streams from shakedown operations like “The Rainbow Coalition” are drying up.
So it is time for new ‘guilt’ and new revenue streams. Violence and threat of violence are them means of opening them up.
It helps that Obama has set back race relations over fifty years - and he’s not even really ‘black’ (less than half...).
