Senator Graham responded to that statement by saying that Russia is guilty of the attack even if they didn't do it. Because they support Assad.
That is the truly frightening thing. Magical thinking, actual psychotic logic, from those in power. We are under judgment. I just hope it falls on them, and not the people.
