He kicked it off with that deplorable 9/11 ceremony for Hillary. She fell down more ways than one. He hasn’t let up. Rallies, sticking to scripts, KellyAnne running the show and not raising to cheap baited attacks on him just smiling and waving because he knows he is crushing her.
