If you have been here all along then if you've been reading our post and know something about niko1121 and his outside responsibilities you would NOT have made the snide remark you did about the thread being put up too soon. Your post was disrespectful instead of thinking NIK for his hard work every day informing us with his many pictures and up coming information on the next Trump rally or event.
Secondly, you apparently are NOT reading the MANY informative post here instead of referring this thread as only a chat thread.
Thirdly, you are a good example of why these threads were started in the first place.
You should calm down. I didn't denigrate the value of this thread. I simply pointed out that this was not a "breaking news" thread -- at least not yet. If you think it is, you can take it up with an admin moderator.
Today is Sunday, and it's traditional to start a single Sunday Talk Show thread (at one point, it was nicknamed the Sunday Shout Show thread). You'll find that one in the Breaking News sidebar. The originator starts it early Sunday AM, but waits until Sunday -- not on Saturday AM.
Many posters maintain ping lists of people that wish to read or participate in certain subjects. nikos1121 opened this thread with his ping list, and that's great. All the interested parties can find the thread, and if it's an active thread it will continually appear at the top of the "activity" thread.
But, when this one falls off the "breaking news" sidebar, there will be a half-dozen of them started until the sidebar moderator picks one and kills off the rest of them. So, you'll have one group of people still posting/following this thread, and another posting/following the new one.
This is nothing more than an observation from someone that has been here for the debates and election nights for the past four Presidential elections, and all the off-year elections in between.
