I don’t see any earpiece, do see a lapel/lavalier microphone. The mic would have a battery/transmitter, but putting that in the small of her back is weird to me, as would be routing the mic wire up to her neck and back down.

The lapel mics certainly will cast doubt on whether she had a live wire but as posted above the line down her back seems an odd way to attach a mic wire.
