This man will not resign , but he should be the very first man , on Day 1 , that President Trump fires .

As a former US attorney? Yes, in the historical sense of the word. It is very rare for any of them to call out any of the others, as it undermines the entire structure to an extent.
DiGenova has been outspoken for a long, long time now. This isn’t new to him. When a former U.S. Attorney sees complete and utter corruption in the DOJ and the FBI, his speaking out can hardly undermine the entire structure. It’s already been undermined!
this is the same guy that said scores of FBI agents would resign if Hillary skated..
