It was right then that I saw Trump’s character shine through.
Throughout this campaign the public has had these cameo moments to witness the man and his reactions to events as they happen.
While speaking, he is also observing then taking in everything happening around him. He thrives in those situations of change.
But I agree, that was a moment where we saw the real Trump and the real Jeb Bush, two different reactions to an awkward situation.
When Trump says "I can fix it", he is ready.
When Trump spoke at the USS Iowa a year ago I was standing near where he had to enter and exit the stage so I could see and hear him interacting with the behind the scenes folks. He was decent and gracious to all. Nice.
Ben is just one of MANY people intelligent enuff to understand how serious things are for the American people.
Ben is American...He isn’t black or white.

Ben has much to say many young blacks today don’t want to hear....There is just one of him...and so many of them.

I remember that moment. R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Trump had it for Dr. Carson, and it showed his fine character.
Yes, Carson was gaining on him, and Donald Trump thought he had to do something drastic to counter that. Recently, he actually said that was what happened. He choose that form of attack, and got rebuked, in private, by everyone in his family. He never did anything like it again. Ben Carson has forgiven him for the remark, why can’t you?
The reason Trump and Carson didn’t come in One, Two in Iowa was the “Carson is leaving the race” PSYOP that the Ted Cruz team hatched two weeks before the primary when Amanda Carpenter learned that Cruz was Carson supporter’s second choice.
Carson has forgiven Cruz for that as well. Ben Carson is a really class guy and will find an effective place in a Trump Administration.
