I understand my experience is limited in the number of blacks I know and work with...

Most if not all, seem to be reasonable intelligent...way above the 50 to 55 range...

Google IQ and the Wealth of Nations. The lowest IQs are from Equatorial Africa. The highest from Asia and Europe. Jews, as a race, have average IQs higher than any other. American blacks have IQs that are about 10 points higher, on average, than African blacks, due to mixing of the races. If you Google bell curve black IQ, you can view standard deviations and statistical distribution for average IQs. I should have said that 20% of black IQs were between 55 -70. That is still considered mental retardation. The bell curve distribution between whites and blacks is also alarming when one considers the “flattening” of the left hand side distribution of low IQs. Stated another way, less than 5% of whites have IQs in the 50-75 range. For blacks, it is greater than 20%.
