Hillary Clinton has "postponed" a second appearance of the week amid more evidence she may have a problem with her eyes.
Video of a brief Hillary Clinton press conference this week shows her eye problems weren't just limited to a rally in Philadelphia.
A review of a press availability in a hangar at the White Plains, New York airport shows the incident of her eyes seemingly not syncing was not a one-time issue.
On numerous occasions, Clinton's left eye could be seen turning more than her right.
It was the second time her eyes did not appear to be in sync with one another.

That goes from brain to eyes, so that is related to her documented stroke and her permanent brain damage.

Well, I don’t remember it happening in a movie.
Of course, there are a lot of movies I’ve never seen.
I never saw the girl Ghostbusters movie.

Apparently, only about a dozen people will ever know what was said in that movie.

She is still running for office because she has been running for this office since 1972.
I’d say 1982, but only because she “saw” the White House as obtainable form the “inside” through the Watergate episodes of “and this is how I have to hide things”, “this is the propaganda angle I need to get the press support I will need”.
But by 82-84, she had a platform (Bill’s speeches and good on-stage presence) to open the door by standing beside Bill. All the way. Over top of ANYBODY who would get in her way.
Nero, Stalin, and Mao have nothing on Hillary in their greed for personal power. But Stalin, Mao, and even the classic Hitler did it “for their country” (or their communistic ideology.)
Hillary? For HER money. For HER power. (She does need the power of the White House to get the money.)
