A cut cable? Yikes!!! Glad you are back online.
At least 2” in my deck gauge...and probably more over the weekend.
They said a truck had crashed into a pole and cut the cable, and that the outage was local. That shouldn’t have knocked cable out to the entire county, as the idiots at Comcast were saying.
A woman who’d shown up at the cable office when I did said she’s a teacher and the school internet system had also gone down at the same time. The schools aren’t on Comcast. They’re on a state internet system. The teachers all received a text about a cut cable and it said internet was out in all the schools in Middle TN.
So we don’t know what happened other than there was no tv or internet and that drove me up the walls all afternoon. LOL
Oh, and congrats on the 2” of rain y’all got. That should help quite a bit, especially if you get more this weekend.
We hope to be that lucky next week.
