We were leaving the restaurant after our meal this evening, and as I was backing out, I had to wait for a car to pull in a few spots away. As we began to drive away, a teenaged kid gets out of the car and runs to catch up with some buddies already headed in to eat. His vehicle's trunk and the panel between the tail lights turned out to be covered with pro-Trump and anti-Hillary stickers. Some of the latter were a bit strongly worded. I was proud of that boy.

I’m one of them, altho just across the Mississippi. The left has a big advantage in that a lot of us hicks have only antenna TV. PBS fills a large part of it and has some very good programming. However it is always slanted to make the left look good.
I’m in Iowa. I was a professor in our flagship university, teaching in a graduate program. Many of my students came from Iowa’s superior liberal arts colleges.
We have the highest literacy rate in the nation. We are a UNESCO City of Literature. We have the highest high school graduation rate. We are a safe state. We are not a stupid people.
As usual, the elites have no idea what kind of people live in fly-over country.
OK, we did give you Obama. We aren’t perfect.
