I have explained it to you so many times. Why are you so stubborn to insist in being so ignorant. His mother was born and raised in Delaware. She did not give up here American Citizenship for Canadian Citizenship because she did not live long enough in Canada to qualify.

And I have explained to you many times, he MIGHT be a citizen if his parents filed the right paperwork to have him recognized as a US citizen, but being born in a foreign country with a foreign national father he was born with THREE potential citizenships.
He kept the Canadian one until recently.
He CANNOT be a natural born citizen.
He has never produced any documentation that proves his US citiznship, we only have his Canadian birth certificate.

There was just bits and pieces about whether the mother became a Canadian citizen. It was said, since her husband had Canadian citizenship, she may have had the expedited Canadian citizenship due to that. And also she never filed with the U.S. consulate after Ted was born claiming him as a U.S. citizen, which she knew about, since she did so with the illegitimate child she had in England that she gave up for adoption (and who later died). There are all these unanswered co-inkydinks that were never explained.
