IRS to target 20 million Americans who didn't buy Obamacare

Are you one of 20 million uninsured Americans who hasn’t signed up for Obamacare?

Then you might be getting a note from the IRS this year “suggesting” you enroll.

“Getting a letter from the IRS can be a threatening and nerve-racking experience; it seldom is seen as a suggestion and more of a threat,” Galen Institute President Grace-Marie Turner wrote in a Forbes column Wednesday.

The IRS is reportedly “reaching out” to Americans who claimed an exemption or chose to pay the tax penalty for not purchasing mandatory health insurance. The ploy is intended to “attract” Obamacare enrollees.

“The government is particularly interested in compliance from healthy young people,” Turner wrote.

“The government is particularly interested in compliance from healthy young people,”

The IRS will get NOTHING from all these healthy young people.

You cannot milk money from a rock.

In Obama’s economy, young people have barely any disposable income, no wealth, no assets, nothing to confiscate. How does the IRS and idiot democrats expect millennials to come up with an additional $600 a month to pay for insurance that they do not want or need?

It ain’t happening.

“Instead of computing and paying quarterly taxes on my business income, I used to just pay the penalty for failing to do so. At the time, the time/hassle/expense far outweighed the penalty”

it used to be that misjudging quarterly withholdings could result in a greater penalty than just not withholding at all.

Wonder where this info comes from.

It is a real bombshell depending on the source.

I don’t think Millenials have enough of a clue to figure out this would be Democrats fault.

I predict the IRS will start enforcing the law as soon as Trump takes office, so that he takes the heat. People that were given a pass until now will think that Trump changed the policy.

IMO, I hope he ORDERS them to do so on day one. Hell, I WISH he’d rescind each and every exemption in the process, “You wanted the law, I will enforce EVERY letter of the same...Go to TRUMP2016.com for a list of phone numbers for your local Rep\Senator.”

**** “Hey, Reagan set the precedent by firing Air Traffic Controllers. Why should the IRS, who’ve also failed to follow law, be an exception?” ****

I’m right there with you! What an excellent and astute observation that I should have thought of myself.

(Yes, I was a Military Replacement Scab for 3 weeks (Gravy Duty), only 8 hours per day work, no Inspections, Duty or Drills, Full sized bed, Real Eggs for Breakfast and an extra $80 per month I don’t know if I got that $80 or not but I got the rest of it and it was worth more than $80 anyway)

*** “Flanking the debt problem from both sides, as you spelled out, certainly seems the only way” ***

There is also the Clinton Foundation and every other one like it (other Politicians, MSM, Super Pacs basically all of those other IRS Files that Lerner couldn’t find)

Then we can re-claim the illegal money transfers to Iran and others that Obama has made. (They just have the pallets of Paper)

Find the 6 Billion Hillery lost at the State Department

A bunch of money right off the top saved by cancelling all of zeros Executive Orders, then Audit all involved for the Small Change and just for the entertainment of watching Rats run and self destruct.

Cutting Govt in at least half

I could go on and on but now I need to wash up

“The IRS has no business telling them what legal tax option to exercise. “

Exactly! This makes me livid because the regime is using their SS to intimidate people.
