It is called “slow-walking”. Compliance with public and legal demands compels the release, but they can do it in their own sweet time.

It is still the Current Regime’s State Department.

Even if the content of the e-mails is benign it doesn’t matter now that this stance has been taken. This is 1st class weaseldom and acting like a shamed weasel with a guilty conscience can only mean one thing.

Too late now.

The only people who matter already know. It behooves them to keep the criminal enterprise out of sight from the rest of the people until they can guarantee absolute control.
