Doctor: Clinton's 'abnormal eye movements' hints at serious health issues

Blink and you'll miss it: the latest in a series of seemingly endless speculations about Hillary Clinton's health.

Physician John R. Coppedge says he noticed something off about Clinton's eyes during her speech at a Philadelphia rally — there are a few moments when her eyes appear to be out of sync.

Coppedge managed to conclude that Clinton has a problem with one of her cranial nerves, and he says this problem is caused by a blood clot she sustained from a 2012 concussion.

It's a hell of a diagnosis to make — especially since Clinton's actual doctor has said the candidate is not suffering any symptoms from either the concussion or the blood clot. But Coppedge wants Clinton to undergo an independent neurological exam, just in case.

Here’s a possibility:

Seizures happen in 1 of every 10 people who have a traumatic brain injury, TBI, that required hospitalization. The seizure usually happens where there is a scar in the brain as a consequence of the injury.

During a seizure there is a sudden abnormal electrical disturbance in the brain that results in one or more of the following symptoms:

Strange movement of your head, body, arms, legs, or eyes, such as stiffening or shaking.
Unresponsiveness and staring.
Chewing, lip smacking, or fumbling movements.
Strange smell, sound, feeling, taste, or visual images.
Sudden tiredness or dizziness.
Not being able to speak or understand others.
Symptoms of a seizure happen suddenly, and you are unable to control them. Seizures usually last only a few seconds or minutes, but sometimes continue for 5 to 10 minutes. You may have a bladder or bowel accident or bite your tongue or the inside of your mouth during a seizure. After the seizure, you may be drowsy, weak, confused or have a hard time talking to or understanding others. After a severe seizure, one that lasts longer than 2 minutes, it may be harder for you to stand, walk or take care of yourself for a few days or even longer.

Conditions that could increase the risk of having a seizure include:

High fever.
Loss of sleep and extreme fatigue.
Drug and alcohol use.
Chemical changes in the body such as low sodium or magnesium, or high calcium.

It is possible she is getting these symptoms.

Yeah, I looked at your entry. That staring action could easily have been a petit mal seizure instead of a grand mal. I dated a girl in college years ago that had both, and I learned to recognize each and what to do.

I just said it might be a possibility. It does provide all the symptoms and it started after a Brain trauma injury.
