She would only be confirming all the questions about her health were she to pull out now. That doesn’t play well for HER. She has to power through the debate, come hell or high waters.

Trump should bring a bottle of his Trump water and give it to her if she starts coughing.
He should refuse a stool. Just stand. Stay at his podium. Don’t go anywhere near her otherwise he’s seen as “threatening with body language”. Cause he’s a man oppressing a woman after all.

All debates will be moderated by a single individual and will run from 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time without commercial breaks.
When will they be sitting down?
If all that she’s objecting to is sitting vs. standing, then let her sit...so long as Trump can stand.
The contrast will kill her with the public.
On a separate note, I hope that at least one of Trump’s supporters who will be in the front row comes in with an utterly obnoxious shirt/tie combination - some kind of optical illusion that’ll set her off. Then sitting or standing will be of no consequence.
They announced the debate rules a while back. Segment breaks every 15 minutes. Hillary will make a big production out of it like she did during her debates with the commie.
That will certainly be the spin. However, this also will be among the most highly watched television events in history. So if Trump comports himself as a gentleman and focuses on on his policies - as he has done since mid-August - he will undo all that spin. Many people accept the media spin on Trump because they are not watching the rallies and interviews like we are. If Trump can maintain his self-discipline and project his love of country and his enthusiasm to make America great again, he will appear Reaganesque and will win over tens of millions of people to his side - and any media spin to the contrary will seem petty and weak because people will have seen him with their own eyes.
Let Crooked Hillary be the one that becomes unhinged. All of America is likely to see her for the sickly harridan she is.
Uh oh, no beans or cabbage for Hellary. If she has a coughing fit and farts only hilarity could ensue.

The key part of that statement is: "without commercial breaks." That only means no commercials. It doesn't mean they won't take a couple of breaks to allow the candidates (especially Hillary) to regroup. The moderator will then send it back to "our panel in the studio for some analysis of what we've seen so far" while the break is in progress.
