Stockholm, Sept 22 (Prensa Latina) The Swedish Police announced today plans to carry out operations and raids in companies and factories that allegedly hire illegal immigrants and refugees.
According to authorities, the measure will be implemented by the Government in order to arrest and then deport asylum seekers whose claims have been previously rejected.
The Swedish Government, which once had a rather moderate immigration policy, changed drastically last year and tightened border controls, after handling in 2015 some 163,000 asylum claims.
'Those people whose applications have been rejected by the law should go home', said Morgan Johansson, Minister of Immigration and Justice of Sweden.
Johansson also said that more than 40,000 people could be deported since the present until 2017, and that the new regulation includes the arrest and prosecution for employers who hire immigrants illegally.

I have a feeling many, if not most, will physically resist. What will the Swedes do then?
I am confused—so the new policy is that if you are an illegal immigrant and on the dole you get the stay but if you have a job you are deported?
After all they can’t have them working ... they need to be on benefits... (/s)
