"Hillbilly from South Philly"? Sounds like something the late Hy Lit (Hyman Litvan) of WIBG would have said.

I'm old enough to remember the Brill cars before they were retired in 1960. Horses? No. But their top speed was 45 mph. The Budd cars could do 55.

I think you're right -- it was "Hyski O'Rooney McVoutie O'Zoot".   I was thinking it was either him or Joe Niagara, but I couldn't remember which.

Speaking of Rock & Roll, I bet those old Brill cars used to rock and roll as they rumbled down the line!     :-)
