It caused a big ruckus around here, and the city's Human Relations Commission gave the owner, Joey Vento, lots of grief about it.

Unfortunately, Joey has since passed away and his son has it now.

If I recall, Geno’s favors GOP candidates and Pat’s (next door) the Dems. An obligatory stop when in PHL for candidates.

During John Kerry’s obligatory stop at Pat’s, either he was thick as a brick or trying to be a smart ass, but he asked for Gruyère rather than the traditional cheez whiz (”wit”).

Notice the guy to Trump’s left. At about the 2:30 mark, he PAYS in cash for the order, then waves off the change, doesn’t ask for a receipt. No muss, no fuss, just taking care of business. You KNOW that doesn’t happen with dems.
