A segment of the black population thinks that real or imagined grievances (and I have been told this by blacks) justify them breaking the law with impunity. It has been in the black culture for some time but has increased tremendously under Barry’s watch. Increased because the idea is promoted.
Obama has set back race relations, in this nation, back 150+ or more years and perhaps it’s time to just “thin the pack, when the rioters show up.
