Why do so many young blacks turn to crime, creating a virtual “war” between them and police, with the results all around that everyone has seen? Who’s policies have created the lack of jobs for blacks? Who’s policies have destroyed the black family? Whose policies have denigrated the value of life?(1) Who, claiming to help them, has cleverly used blacks, and made them dependent, to gain their own political power?”
(1) Might take this one out, as it brings in another social issue that might not help, overall...
Now, I have problems myself with the notion that lack of jobs alone causes crime. There are cultural and other factors, too. But, this is a time to keep the argument simple and direct.

When a Nation of Islam ‘leader’ in Charlotte NC calls for a boycott of WHITE businesses and the ‘masses’ riot against ‘Whitey’ AFTER a Black PoliceMAN shoots an ARMED BLACK SUSPECT and there are few if any repercussions.
‘They’ are allowed to block interstates, riot at will, trash & burn vehicles AND now the Chief is waiting to release the video that (supposedly) shows it ALL.

The one idiot wants to ban realistic looking guns..nice but I am really surprised he didn’t add a minimum sentence for a cop that shoots someone that is pointing a ‘fake’ gun at him. (I better not give the idiots ideas)....
In order for a case to be heard before the SCOTUS, the party or parties must have what is called "STANDING" and even then, there is NO rule that the court has to hear the case; NONE!
I suggest that you buy a copy of UNDERSTANDING OUR CONSTITUTION, read it, and them memorize it. :-)

Little late in here, but you are so correct, nopardons. I was a court reporter in both state and federal court (9th District). There are some days you don’t even know which way a judge will rule, human and all. It takes so many things to get a case before the SCOTUS.
My salad days are long past, but I still have a very good memory and remember all of the steps it takes, just to get a case just TO the SCOTUS! And then, they might just ignore it, or refuse to take it. Yes, judges are humans and most assuredly fall for all the vicissitudes of all mankind.
