It’s NYC for crying outloud...these are simply two schlubs who decided to steal a nice looking roller suitcase...who needs a pressure cooker with wires sticking out..this is not rocket science I doubt they are connected and my understanding was when these guys pulled the “device” out it deactivated it..they are friggin lucky to be alive.
