You can never appease the spoiled, the self-entitled, or greedy. They will always want more. People who have really suffered get up of their butts and do what is necessary to make things better. I suggest your segment of the population stop acting like terrorists, stop making demands, and stop committing so much of the crime and then you might see people notice the change and want to work with you instead of forcing them to.
They were all just hanging out on a warm night. They could shut down the interstate, break windows of cars with children in them, loot the Walmart at 3 in the morning because they didn't have to get up to go to work the next morning. Just havin' inner city fun.
