Young black men need to stop engaging in criminal activities - including being a gang member.
Young black women need to stop bringing little black children into the world unless they are bringing them into a self-sufficient intact family.
Until the young people are raised in moral, upright families, and given quality education, this will continue. This applies to black, white, and everything else out there.

Considering that blacks comprise 51% of all homicide arrests, and 56% of robbery arrests, cops are trying VERY hard to not have to shoot blacks.
