Don't underestimate him. Stupid, perverted, perhaps...but he's also arrogant and crafty.

An analyst said on TV that if he has no nude or porn-type photos of the 15 year-old on his computer or in his possession, he's safe....and it doesn't look like there's any search warrant issued...at least, at this time. And there probably won't be.

Well, I'm not a legal expert, I was just quoting one who was.....so we'll see what comes of this. I'm just pretty certain that he's going to wiggle out of any charges...or will settle any potential law suit quietly and out of court.
