Found it on the STAR -”More than 19,000 students are being evacuated as all public schools in Prince Edward Island are shut down due to a “potential threat,” police say.
Few details are available, but teachers and staff are taking students from more than 60 English and French schools to safe locations in the community, and buses are meeting them there, police say.”
60 schools - more than 19,000 - this was not done lightly. This is severe. All of us must be on guard.

“The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said Wednesday that students are being taken to safe locations. Police provided no other details, but say a news conference will be held later in the day.
Parents and guardians are being asked to wait for further instructions before picking up their children.
Three schools in the nearby province of Nova Scotia — NSCC Marconi Campus, Cape Breton University and the NSCC technology campus in Halifax — also have also been evacuated due to potential threats.”
