It breaks my heart to think of all the young black children who are being oppressed by black culture and the lowered expectations of white Liberals.
There's nothing more cowardly than a college administrator.
Many “white liberals” profit directly from the black “poverty industry”; they draw “combat pay” pretending to teach in their districts, work as “social workers” maximizing the taxpayer funds given to their “clients”, and represent them politically by playing to their self-inflicted “grievances”...
The separate treatment of blacks at all levels is an overt display of the government’s belief in their genetic inferiority.

Those same freshmen have no business graduating college either - and employers know it. Their worthless degrees force employers to just hire other “preferred minorities” (Hispanics, women) in their stead.
I think it's in the job description.

These black students demanding segregated housing are not the caliber of Dr. Williams or the black students he went to school with or probably who he taught when he was at George Mason. Let them segregate. Those who don’t want to segregate are undoubtedly civilized. Let chaos reign in the segregated dorms and peace and harmony in the rest.

College administration is a very cushy job, and they’re not willing to give it up easily.
I wonder if Dr. Williams has done a correlation between the success rates of those black students with low SATs and their graduation rate categorized by degree? I would be interested to see such analysis. I would also like to see SAT score compared to grad rates.

She says it's unbelievable how bad it is. People don't show up, don't do work and when they do, half the time, she says they can't even string together a sentence that makes sense.
She sees this and she's a kid.
Actually those studies have been done.
UC Berkeley had a very high drop out rate when they were admitting students with low SAT scores. When they increased the minimum SAT for admission, they had fewer black students admitted but most of them graduated.
Colleges do no favors for blacks when they admit them to compete with whites and Asians who are 300 SAT points higher.

I see the same thing in colleges. In fact, colleges have become such a joke that the Colorado Early College program has 16 year olds in their third year Electrical Engineering program.
My son is 15. (STEM kid). I just paid a $1000 for his (first half of the year) dual enrollment classes--by the end of this year he'll have something close to 20 "college" credits.
He's still got two years to go. It's crazy. I mean, it's great for me as long as he goes in-state, saves me money but I recognize how ridiculous it all is.
One thing should keep any high performing person going: All the other idiots are their competitors.
