Nope. Any number of things could happen that would allow O to delay the election: Hillary’s health goes really bad, or, she dies; some event where he’d declare martial law and delay/indefinitely postpone the election, etc.

obama would be facing a civil revolt we had elections during ww2, civil war etc no legitimate reason to delay the election.

He'll leave the stage precisely on schedule, when his 15 minutes are up, ostensibly to be replaced by the next useful tool of the elites, Hillary Clinton.
The last thing that the Establishment wants to do is create risky, unpredictable turmoil with a widely armed citizenry that happens to be in a distinctly Revolutionary mood.
