When Paul Combetta aka “stonetear” woke up yesterday morning, it’s doubtful he would have suspected a two year old archive written under his Reddit pseudonym would have been on his mind. Full Day One Discovery Thread HERE
However, someone must have alerted him asap because within hours of our story hitting the web (04:45am EDT) Combetta began furiously deleting his Reddit postings, user information, and various media forum histories.
In addition to secondarily confirming his real-life identity, in legal-speak such behavior is called: “consciousness of guilt“.

Is this really as bad as it first sounds? I mean, if I was in his shoes, I would just say: “We were preparing to hand over all the emails as required. HiLIARy didn’t want her email address in the public domain, so I inquired on how to remove or replace her email address from wherever it occurred in the archive. I was not looking to delete the emails themselves or her name. Basically I was redacting just her email address.”
My guess is blanket. What he did is not a “future criminal act.” When they gave him immunity, he had already committed the crime. Legally, I don’t think he has a problem. He refused to testify because he wanted to stay alive.

Two years earlier, he was on Reddit asking for some suggestions on how he could alter emails internally to substitute a different address.
We also now know why Hillary provided the 55,000 pages of emails in hard copy rather than electronically. Look at the two videos at the end and it will become much clearer as to what happened and why Combetta is between a rock and a hard place. He was just this morning trying to remove all of his comments on Reddit.
Combetta should sing like a canary if he wants to stay out of jail. Of course, I am assuming we have an FBI that is not totally corrupt. Big assumption.

There are people around the Clintons a whole lot smarter to help them with these digital issues. No way they are anymore sinister, the Clintons wrote the book.

But he failed to disclose his July 2013 Reddit discussions 2013 in violation of the immunity agreement, and he was caught yesterday trying to delete his Reddit posts. I don’t believe those acts are covered by immunity.

Seems to me the “they don’t want the VIP’s email address exposed to anyone,” means he is doing it at the direction of someone at the top of the Clinton Campaign.
Unless he got blanket immunity for any crime committed. He might have been caught yesterday but the crime occurred before they gave him immunity. You can get immunity for all acts you committed even if not yet discovered or charged.
I don’t know whether deleting a Reddit post is a crime. The crime was the actual deletions.

By saying “they” instead of “VIP client,” he is indicating that someone other than Hillary was directing him.
I wonder if any of these people committed state crimes. Those are not covered by a presidential pardon.

If Combetta had remembered these posts he would have deleted them.
If the FBI or the Justice department had discovered them(or anyone on team Hillary) then you can be sure that they would have been deleted long ago. If either claims they knew about them then they are bald faced liers.
