If they hold him for the psych evals, then you have to worry that the doctors will declare that he’s crazy (which he probably is....with his particular religion). I think whoever this judge is....if the guy walks away....is toast and will have to resign from his position.
However, I will point out....there’s not a single death from his act. Maybe some wounded folks....but no deaths. So other than attempted murder, there’s only a limited list of charges.
But it will be curious what happens once he gets to state prison. I doubt if he makes it more than two months before someone makes an attempt on him.
This is just the appetizer. He hasn't been charged with Federal terrorism and weapons (the bombs) crimes yet. I don't think he needs to worry about what he's going to be doing for the next 20-30 years.
