The old fashioned way. Stuffing boxes with paper. Now, they just hack the cpu of the vote counting machines. Can be done through the power outlets and leaves no trace. Simply instruct the machines to turn every third or every other R vote to a D vote. In 2012, many dem district operatives showed their arrogance by changing ALL the votes to dem votes. And the RNC fell in behind Mitch and said NOTHING!
